I’m Agota, a mother, a woman juggling work, business, and family, and a Neuro-Somatic, ICF-accredited coach, founder of NerveAlign™ method.
Like many high-achieving women, I spent years holding it all together on the outside while my nervous system was quietly overloaded. I didn’t need more mindset work or motivation - I needed my body to feel safe again. Through body-based, somatic nervous system work, I restored regulation in my own system, and everything changed: how I showed up at home, how I led at work, and how much I could actually enjoy the life I was building.
I worked in the health & beauty industry for decades and I hear the same patterns that women are tired but wired; it is not sustainable for them to establish long and effort-filled practices, rather than work with their bodies and nervous systems through short and gentle somatic practices.
